How can you select who has the best 360 page or is it down to you on personal level?

Its all a case of how someone chooses to make their personal web space, personal. I change mine every few days, to please me and to reflect how I'm feeling that day, I don't think we could ever chose one 360 over any other, some are pretty, but have no blog content or lists...others have incredibly interesting blogs, but the decor is not much, its all so very individual.
