Another good torrent program is, which i use is Azureus, its not as hard as it sounds, simply download Azureus or any other torrent programs, search the web for torrent websites (ive listed a couple that i use for you, hopefully they still work), search for the file, movie, or cd or whatever you are looking for, chose from the list porvided and click on it, you then should be given the chioce of where you would like to to download the file, chose that, it should then begin to download. Depending on whatyou aredownloading it can take minutes or in some cases days, no different then if you were downloading from limewire (which i use), then enjoy your newly downloaded file. Hope this helps

Its simple just install BitTorrent or other supporting software and add the path of torrent file and start downloading.
Remeber being just a leach is not a good idea you have to share some things as well for uploading.
Enjoy ;>

Download Azureus or other Bit Torrent program and then search for torrent files on the internet, and download them to your hard drive. ISOhunt is a good site for torrents. Then open the file in azureus and it will download to your PC.

Install a program called bitcomet.
After that is installed you can open the .torrent file.
Via bitcomet you can retrieve the actual files via the .torrent file.

Do bear in mind the copyright issues - not sure where you're logging on from, but in the UK copyright holders have started suing individuals for downloading music illegally. Films and TV can't be that far behind.
