Norrington has the heart, Will has a broken heart, Elizabeth has a guilty conscience, Barbosa has his monkey and i think Jack still has the compass. But seeing as the Kraken has Jack, then the Kraken has the compass.

jack has his compass, but after they found the heart, the compass didnt really matter any more. plus, norrington stole it out of the jar of dirt and took it back to lord beckington.
and i think that jack eventually took it back from elizabeth on that island where they found the heart.
