The electron position moves on a global trajectory of a changing cloud how can we tell its position it appears indeterminate?So neither position or instantaneous velocity can be measured?

Heisenberg principle says that you can measure momentum or position but not at the same time whithout taken into account that mass change?Does the principle hold water at all?
