When is it you call? Have you asked her why she doesn't answer? Do you leave a message? Does she return your call? Are you calling to much? Need more information.

She does not care about you when you call her. Maybe she is doing something important or just does'nt want to talk to you over phone. When you talk to her eventually, It seems that everything is ok because she jut doesn't care about you and there's something on her mind right that time when you're talking to her....So stop calling her, instead, text msg her and she will definately read it and know what you're about to say. Eventually, she understands, and answers your call. Hope this helps....

Some people just don't like to talk on the phone, I'm one ,I would rather talk face to face in person.
