a. DSL - I would rate it at 10...because I used dial-up for so long...and DSL is a million times better!!

B at home and F at work. Both work equally well. A fast connection without a fast computer is a bit of a waste of money though!!

I use DSL. And for the rate.. umm.. ok ok, I give 8. I never got problem, but sometimes I also lose my patience to wait for something when the traffic is full! :-p
