There is a program called TeamSpeak which has at least 1000 different servers attached to it all you have to do is swap and change between the servers until you find one that you like or until you find one that has someone on it that you would like to talk to.
I cant remember where I got it from but I am sure if you do a google search you will find where to download it from and the good thing about it is you can use it while playing games or while you are doing just about anything on your system.
