if so how would you go about this? can i look though my computers history to access this?? many thanks if you can help...

If you have allowed msn to log it yes.
There is a program that will log both yahoo and msn in one log but as for pulling up previous conversations(not logged by msn) no I don't think so I still haven't really seen a point in keeping logs other than you can pick up a conversation from where you left off otherwise it's just there for someone else to snoop through.You could do a search for all files from that date and open them with notepad but that would be one long search.

Yeah, if you have the setting ebabled to save conversations goto My Documents then My Chat Logs and all msn convos should be there :]

If you save the conversation befor closing that window, you can easily get it by opening the save file. Otherwise there is no way, the history never save this anymore. But if you have installed a keylogger software, its lucky to get the exact text.

if you click on options > tools >messages you can tick a box enabling message history. Right click on a contact then view, then if enabled you can see the messages
