if you have ever seen any of the "Smokie and the Bandit" movies you have seen Jerry Reed.... when I worked at the casino he played there... I was 10 feet away from Jerry Reed.........When I was a kid I was in love with Jerry Reed.........I can't remember right off the name of my favorite Jerry Reed song but it was very funny

Yes, one of my favorites is "The Bird". It's about a guy that gets suckered into paying his paycheque for a singing bird that can imitate Willie Nelson, George Jones, etc...

yes i know who Jerry Reed is, one of my favorite songs he does is She Gold Mine, I got the shaft. and another one i like is When You're Hot, You're Hot (when you're not, you're not).
