Can you create an "Autorun.inf" that will work on USB flash drives?

I wanted something that would startup the encryption program I have on there. I've tried:-

[autorun]
open=cryptainerlemobile.exe

sure, i have a autorun file on my flashdirve and on windows i get icon changed every time i insert it... u can put autorun.inf on any drive on ur computer, just remeber to put in the root of the drive (has to be loose, not in any folder...)

A tips, don't waste 5 points to ask a question like this, all u need to do is just make a file in ur flashdrive and try ro run it...
