I'm a 29 years old female as well and there are times when I feel terribly old. Especially when I think how in half a year I'll be 30. But looking at it objectively, I know that 29 or 30 is not really old.

NO: Of course, you are older than you were 10 years ago, but you should NOT feel OLD. Where you are right now, is very current with you; Old is normally a projection into the future at your age.
You are still young, you should still feel young.
Perhaps you may begin to feel old when you get to the point that the obituaries and death noticews COMMONLY include many people your age, AND some people younger than you.

Depends on how your life is going about right now. If you have a job and you party at a reasonable amount of time no there is no need for you to feel old. but if you have turned into one of those people that sits at home all the time and watches TV ... then I would have to say yes you have become old and you will become older by the sec!

I'm 63 y/o and in my experience women start to feel old around
21 to 22y/o. This is such a youth oriented culture and women feel
that they are most physically attractive between 18 and 19 y/o. This is not true, of course. Every thing is relative. Through my eyes, I see women that are very attractive that are up to 60 y/o.
The person who said you felt old because your next BD, you will be 30, is right too. Although it takes me 2 years after every decade to feel OK again.

You may FEEL old,but 29 is NOT old! Besides age is just a number! Perhaps its time to give yourself a makeover? Sometimes us women tend to get stuck in a rut. Try new hairstyles,make-up,a new wardrobe? Give yourself a boost, above all, pamper yourself. Feeling good about yourself works wonders!! Go for it!!

You're associating your age with your looks. You won't start to fall apart looks wise until you hit 40-43. You still have a good 11 to 14 years in you.
