Each team is allowed five replacements, but there's no limit to the number of substitutions that can be made:

For the year 2006:
There is no limit to the no of players whoc are permitted to be substituted at the same time or to the no of times any player is permitted to substitute or substituted. The substitutions ought to be from a maximum of 16 players.

For the year 2007-08:
The limitation of "From a maximum of 16 players" has been abolished.
