They're pretty much one in the same. It's one thing to be the world police and be there when you're wanted because somebody asked for help. It's entirely another thing when you just go kicking the door in strictly on manufactured "evidence" and you leave the place in shambles and the occupants dead.

I don't blame anybody who doesn't like us these days. I've lived here all my life and I love this Country with all my heart. But I don't love the thieving, lying, murderous hypocrites who wrestled it out from under us this last six years. We're not all world-dominating ultra-right-wing fascist kooks, but since they're the loudest and actions speak even louder than words, who can tell a good American from all the rest? I live here and I often can't.

I despise terrorists. The ones from over there and the ones from over here. I don't think either one is any better than the other. The only difference is, ours are filthy rich and they wear blue suits and don't have to hide in caves. They hide in castles and "undisclosed locations."

They're both fanatics who have no problem ordering others to go to their deaths for their own dogmas and agendas, and they talk a big game. But they're spectators, not participants, when all their hate comes down on everyone else. They're all punks. And that's all they are, just glorified punks. Ours and theirs.

Any number of things, real or imagined. The Muslim extremists see us as a principal threat to a Muslim world order, and are rightly against the invasion of the more shallow parts of American culture, that they get from the Media, and advertising.
The US is despised all over the world, mostly out of jealousy. Although many resent it meddling in their affairs. To them I say, then stop taking the BILLIONS & BILLIONS & BILLIONS of US dollars in global aid. If you are suckling on our breast, we have a say in what you do.
Don't take the money, and we will mind our own business.
As far as the "World Police" notion goes, who else is going to step in to attempt to regulate the never ending supply of rouge nation-states, and lunatic fringe groups?
Maybe we should step aside. we should get out before some one asks us to liberate France, AGAIN!

The terrorists are Muslim, the USA is not under Islamic rule. The extremists hate that and since they are in charge they brainwash the rest of their people into hating us too.

The people who felt strongly against US support of Israel, and the US-led toppling of regimes in Iraq, Aghanistan resorted to terrorism to get back at America, UK and others. To gain broad popularity from fellow muslims for their support they cry "jihad" knowing they can recruit members from the Islamic world.

I think it's simply that they are fighting against Christianity and the ideals that come along with it. Believe it or not, christians push themselves upon other societies and religions and try to "take over" (example: missionaries!)

I think that "terrorists" are just trying to say "HEY. We're tired of your ****... leave us alone." I don't believe in killing and making others suffer because of that but it seems that when they do acts of violence it finally gets through people's heads that they mean business.

I think that everyone needs to mind their own freaking business (especially when it comes to religion) and I think we'll find that the "terrorists", for the most part, will begin to dissappear.

But then again that will never happen. There are always extremists (christians included) who try to stir things up and push their views and ways of life onto others.

Maybe they don't appreciate "world powers" and their leaders bullying their way into their country, their way of life and trying to force a way of life on them that they do not want to live? Maybe the real terrorists are not who you think they are.
