Go to Ibiza,
Visit the hippie market on Tuesday or Thursday. Wander through the castle in Ibiza old town, Theres so much to see and I'm sure that's what you gf would prefer!
Take her to pull and bear clothes shop in the old town its got diesel type clothes style and quality but 1/2 the price.

DEpends how much you need to/ want to/ are obliged to visit your paretn. If none of those apply and you have the money, definately leave the country!
