Try H&M-although most shops don't have their fall lines out yet. I also love Next-they have the most fabulous clothes. Also check out Portobello Road-they have loads of vintage and used clothing stores-when there recently I was astounded by the variety of shops selling new and used clothing. Plus the street vendors had some stuff for cheap. Edinburgh woolen mill would have what you're looking for but they might be pricey. good luck and happy shopping

For pure wool at a reasonable price try UNIQLO.
There's one in the shopping center (mall) between Tottenham court road and Oxford circus.
And one between Oxford circus and Piccadilly circus.
They sell 100% pure wool garments at a good price.
Other places are just to expensive.
