Yes that happens in some countries.
They use thier left hands and wash it afterwards.

YUCK I think if I had to do that I would at least LOOK for a leaf but no there too lazy :P I am not sure I could eat with my right hand and have poo on my left :p Be a little hard for me as I am left handed JAJAJA :p well here in Spain we use toilet paper :p

Muslims use water and left hand to wipe their butts.
The right bare hand is used for eating.
I've tried to wipe my butt with water and left hand once.
That was when I was in Indonesia and the toilets do not have
paper but has a hand spray.
The smell stayed on for the entire day.

toilet paper is a good choice for dirty peoples who left their hands clean but their butts uncleaned [which cause a lots of diseases] because when you use toilet paper you don't use water , but when you use your hands you have to use water with it too which is more hygeine & clean
After your butts are fully clean you can wash your hands too with soap & water which makes your butt & hands both clean

its better to wash off with your hand and then wash your hand with water than to just use toilet paper and not clean the area properly. Using JUST toliet paper & no water is so friggin unhygenic and cause dingle berry!! outch!!!!!!

Well that have never seen toilet paper in their lives. For some people toilet paper is a luxury. It's not funny or gross, what's gross is how indifferent others can be.
