Such a simple thing as cartilage displacement would cause such a condition. Do you have flat feet? This would put considerable stress on the knee. particularly on the inside of the knee.

Sounds like you are overloading your quads.
Lower your heel height, strengthen your quads, stretch your hamstrings.
In the short-term, course of anti-inflammatories, ice the affected area 3 times daily for 10 minutes.
If things don't settle, see a physio who specialises in Knees.

Interesting. I have the same problem with my left knee. A few weeks ago my mother and sister were discussing their hip pain--which I too have--and it was because one leg is slightly longer than the other.
I don't know if that's what is causing the pain for me but it sounds logical.

No that is not familiar, your knees might want to be wonderful. you're maximum possibly doing them incorrect. once you go down contained in the squat, you want to pass your hips and butt down and back up. do no longer commence up the circulate with the aid of transferring your knees ahead first, the butt and hips pass down first and for the length of the circulate. attempt to shop the knees from going previous the feet, in the different case your knees will be problem to a sheering rigidity.

My knees hurt I noticed when I have had caffeine or tea. Caffeine depletes your body of calcium and tea depletes you body of magnesium. you need magnesium to put calcium into your bones. I also agree with USMAN S because my mom gives that to her dogs for arthritus. hope this helps you

Try new shoes. Sometimes as the shoes/sneakers/boots wear out, they put added stress on your knees.
