Firstly the pain I know my death will cause for my 12-yr-old grandkids. Secondly the pain of my son and daughter with whom I'm very close. Then the sense of loss I know my lady will suffer, because we have talked about it - and that we have not had more years together, and better health to enjoy it. I'd also be a little sad not to know better a couple of other infant grandkids now too young for Poppa's long conversations. Finally that I won't be around to support them all as best I can -- and that whenever death comes I know as a creative character I will still have unfinished "work" to do. But it's comforting that the world will get on without me! And I won't be appalled any more by human stupidity, or enraged by politicans' irresponsibility and myopia. And the children will get what's left of my estate and hopefully enjoy it! Mistakes and sorrows are behind me, like so much else as one grows old and unwell.

Not living to see my grandkids. That would be my only regret were I to die today.
Otherwise, I've done pretty well. I've lived well and truly for the most part, and when I've been a bastard, it's usually been over little stuff that didn't matter in the long run.
I have worked to improve myself, consciously identifying my worst traits and trying to alter them. Not totally "there" yet, but I like to think of myself as a "work in progress."
So no regrets, other than proof that my genetic legacy will survive me.

The only thing that I will regret is that I was busy living life that I never had the time to find the one true soul mate who could have made my life worth living , which makes me realize that my life was not worth any thing , so i guess I have every thing to regret in my life.

I would regret because I couldn't meet my girlfriend today. I gave her the word that I will meet her today. I would regrete because i would not be able to watch "X-files" today. That is my favourite teledrama. I would regrete because, I would not be able to eat a big ice-cream today. I would be regrete because I wouldn't be able to die tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. I would regrete because I of everything. SO it is clear for you. However, This is a cool question.
