there are also websites where you can see other peoples cvs to see if anyone matches your requirements - that way there would be no agency fee.

Quite a few disabled people in my area (Bristol) advertise in the jobs section of the local newspaper for a PA

My wife is looking for a new post as a PA - sadly nowhere near Derby.
I suggest you contact your local employment agencies.

Go to an agency like Office Angels, or advertise in a local free sheet - there's loads in my local ones - both people hiring and people wanting work.

check with a local community nursing service or home health aid assistance. They are credentialed,bonded and insured so your risk is minimized! Good luck.
