A little six-year old dying girl who wanted me to tell her an overview of this world before she "left it". I began making homemade math and science books for dying children then. In the process, I discovered a wonderful new way to teach science. Her name was Savannah.

Lynn (Humanities Teacher) in High School. Who opened my eyes up to both sides of life. The good and the bad, how to look from outside the box, as well as inside of the box. Who made me see there is no right and no wrong, that there is two sides to every story, that humans make mistakes, should be punished and then should have a second chance at a once in a life time thing.

The author Ayn Rand, who wrote Atlas Shrugged, and The Fountainhead, amongst other things. She showed me that the concept of greed shouldn't be applied in a derogatory sense to those people who produce riches, but to those who want to loot them. I now have no fear of success, because I deserve it.

Also, Robert A. Heinlein, who taught me to look at the world differently. You'll have to read Time Enough for Love; The Cat Who Walked Through Walls; and To Sail Beyond the Sunset to understand. They're excellent reads.

There have been so many, it's hard to choose just one. But the one with the most profound impact that is not family would have to be Tony Blauer. So why is this? It's to long to explain it all here. I could go on for days. So in short, he gave me awareness. I know I had to do the work to rework myself, and to put the time in and make it happen. He motivated me with his own motivation, his belief in what he teaches is profound. I can't say enough. Good Q.

My brother in-law, Bill Dennis. He was killed in an auto-truck accident last year, in Wisconsin. That negative happening in our lives brought us to WI. and away from the drug scene in Los Angeles, CA. Our marriage was going down the tubes at that time. Now we have a new life, we,re happy again and our daughter has a decent place to grow up in. A NEGATIVE HAS BECOME A POSSITIVE.

She was a very giving person, compassionate, and accepting of all people groups. I learned a lot by the life she lived.

my boyfriend, because he shows me love as an equal, encourages me to follow the paths that I want to go down, and supports me in my decisions. He has taught me a lot and I am very grateful that we met, because he has given me back the confidence I lost when I was mugged a few years ago, I was so scared to go out of the house, now I live my life to the full again.

My mother...growing up in a "dysfunctional" home she showed me that I didn't want to be like her and I think it has worked. At 52 now I can still say the same. No parties or drugs or boyfriends coming and going. Even though I am divorced I think my kids won't have the same thoughts I did.
