Yes, you need a passport, and, as far as I know, Croatia still hasn't joined EU! I live in Serbia, and I think the fact you are in EU makes no difference!

Croatia is not in the EU, so yes, you need a passport.

You need some form of identification. If you're British, you need a passport to get out of the UK by plane or ferry. (You can swim across to France and they'll let you in with a UK Driving Licence!)
If you're Italian, you can cross into Slovenia and then into Croatia with an Italian Identity Card, but expect long delays while each border guard checks with his boss.

You don't need a visa.

yes, it doesn't matter where U go, if U leave the UK U need a passport, doesn't matter if the country Ur going to is in the EU, that just means when U go there U cant get duty free

Yes - you need a passport to get out of the UK for a start - then you need it again to get into any other country.

What are you talking about? You need a passport to fly within the UK so i thiiiink you might just need one to fly abroad!!! Duhhh
