Not always the case but most do. It is advised you don't have one within 48 hours of a big important event because the idea nof them is to draw out all the impurities from your pores which could result in redness or maybe spots. In the long term your skin is better though.

No..I'm a beauty therapist it depends on what type of facial you have a electrical facial such as a cathiodermie or non surgical face lift..May bring you out in spots because it performs a really deep cleanse which bring out the excess oil within the skin that causes spots, If you have a normal facial i.e cleanse, tone, exfoliate, etc then you should not as it is what you should be performing religously as home. Unless you are allergic to products you should be fine.

i'm not sure, but whenever i use a product to help reduce bad skin, i always end up with more spots, i think this is just the skins way of clening itself. i think if used on a regular basis, may help in the long run.

It depends because some people are allergic to certain ingredients. Like soy, for some people it makes then blotchy.

Mine never do. Have you told your beautician ? Maybe you are reacting to some product she is using. Discuss with her or change her.

i think its coz it brings all the crap to the surface, hence, cleansing the skin, and gets rid of it
