I want to say Phoebe, but I also want to say Joey. But Ross is freakin' hilarious too. And Chandler comes up with all the wise comebacks. They are all hilarious. But, #1 would have to be Phoebe. Example:
Ross: "Phoebe, dinosaurs don't go grrrr..."
Phoebe: "The little ones do."

Not that I think he's the funniest ever, but right now in my head, Is Phoebe's brother yelling "MY Sister is Having my BABY!"

Joey was by far the funniest, however monica had her moments especially when anyone talked about her being fat.

From most funny to least funny:
Chandler - because of his endless jokes and sarcastic comments
Ross - because of the way he pronounces his words and corrects others
Rachel - because of the moments when she gets hyper (i.e. by talking fast)
Joey - because he does not get certain concepts

Chandler!!! He rocks. He also has an extra feature that makes him useful: I can tell which season of Friends I'm watching just by looking at him, and seeing how fat he is.
He is the best indeed.
