Submit - To yield or surrender (oneself) to the will or authority of another.
Obey - To carry out or fulfill the command, order, or instruction of another.

they mean the same as they do in the dictionary, submit and submission are pretty much the same thing, you submit to your master/Dom entirely by submitting yourself you are giving him/her total control over you and obey means you do everything they tell you to do
but to do that you both need to trust respect and care for each other unless you are paying for a dom/mistress
