Doctor, i think some ethnic groups are lazy/lazier than others: why? cos there are some ethnic groups that just live by the arms given to them by concern citizen(s) and this people do not have any deformity. they are able bodied people like me and you but, they could not work to earn a living lather, they engaged their children and wife(s) into the practice of begging for their daily bread. This children in future grow to be like their parents so, the process continues. To me they are just lazy ethnic people that could not and maybe would never will help themselves.
In some ethnic, the men would be idle all day drinking and getting drunk. while the women goes about doing the work of the men in the society in that case, i think the men are lazier than the women.
In some women are meant to stay home and take care of the children: in this case they did not chose to be at home by themselves but, the decision was made for them by their men counterparts, however, this trend is rapidly changing as men could not satisfy their family problems alone thereby making the women to work for the upkeep of the family also.
In a nut shell, some ethnic groups are lazier than others: Dependents on how you look at it.

No people -individuals are lazier or whatever not ethnic groups! Don't forget some North Americans tend to be intolerent of other people's cultures and label them unkindly. Don't listen to them!

No. I don't believe in judging people by groups or ethnicity. It is all about the individual person. There are lazy people in every category of people. This is a myth...don't believe everything you hear, it will make you a closed minded person.

I think all people have an equal tendency to be lazy regardless of race,sex,ect. Just look at all of us asking and answering all these silly questions instead of being out and about doing something.

Based on my observations here on the left coast... most definitely. Especially in San Francisco and Oakland.
