Yeah I use the remote, but the batteries died so now I have to do it manually till I pick up some batteries. You dont realise how important the remote is until it doesnt work! TV just isnt the same without it.

Remotes are for wusses.
I get up and push the buttons on the box.
I just keep pushing random buttons until something good comes on.

If I am up, I'll go and turn it on. If I'm already sitting down, I'll press the button on the remote.
