yes it is a good site: http://www.uznam.com.pl/plan.htm
and where it is "szukaj ulicy"(search street) write: Broniewskiego. Sea is really nearly this street (about 500m)

It's a nice one, although the site is in Polish. I think you'll be able to deal with the map's sybols ;)
There's a street finder just below the map itself :)

The five-digit number seems like a postal code though, and these aren't shown on maps...
