However...
Cold is a limiting factor for humidity, unlike humidity..
Hotter air will carry higher humidity than cold air..
The colder the air, the less humidity it will carry..

no high humidity alway makes the air feel hotter...but the cold keeps the humidity down

No, it doesn't. That's bcoz the water-droplets in the atmosphere also absorb heat & increase the temp.It's all to do with the high coefficient of heat of water.
