Oh, there are many but I would have to say the best is bustamove.com it has a movie to watch (short movie) for great salsa moves, there is also ballroomdancers.com which goes in depth into more dances and you can find alot of resources there and great links.

definite, weapons n roses is a mind-blowing band! (i heard "DONT CRY" by utilising them) Naruto is a huge anime weapons n roses is a huge band.
