Absolutely.
Nearly every religion has at least one redeeming feature.
Your personal religious practices should not prohibit you from incorporating positive aspects from another wisdom tradition into your personal value system.

First tell me why you want to use religion in your life... Is it to improve yourself, then it is not the religions that improve you, it is what said in them do. And since almost all the religions now are very old and the teachings are very much distorted you cannot follow everything said in a religion.
Try to learn the teachings said in many religions and the main key is to properly understand them. "Truth is Universal", once you properly understand the meaning of the teachings in various religions then you might accept the saying said above.
One more thing, True Spirituality is different from Religion.

That happens in case of certain gullible persons. They will end up being converted to another sect of wrong beliefs. There is nothing wrong in listening to others' view points. That helps in forming an opinion about other religions and make a comparison and analysis of your own faith. Information per se is not harmful and that is one of the advantages of a civilised society, compared to a society where any attempt to talk about the virtues of another religion will invite trouble for your life.

Being open to other people's opinions on almost everything helps in your own life. The more understanding we have the better we can deal with problems and find solutions. Notice how closed-minded people seem to be the most upset and miserable.

Yes I don't see why not.
I wish all people would be open minded to every ones opinion no matter what the conversation is about.
I think that if people would listen and be able to say I understand
Not saying that they agree, just to understand what the person is feeling, what they think (believe) their opinions there would be a lot more happiness, peace between people.
That's what I need in my life

Being open to others beleifs and ideas is the first step to becoming a complete person. You can evealuate those opinions and either adapt them or discard them as you see fit.
By using your own life experiences and observations you can best assess other philosophies and opinions. No person can be complete by closing their mind to possibility. Just use your best judgement.

Nope.
I place no value in religion, therefore I gain nothing from the opinions of others about religion.
