I want to have clothes and a sense of fashion that will match my body build:medium,hair and eyes:black,height:5'7" and color:tan. Thanks!

These are my personal thoughts, I know a few guys who sound like you and they all look good.
Green polo shirts, y'know the kind with the buttons and collar? Green will really suit your coloring. Team these with dark denim, not too dark, baggish jeans. Then get some white trainers, or Converse or other skaterish shoes.
White will look bad next to your skin tone, don't wear white. Red will also look strange.
However, orange and brown will look good if they're the right shades.
Darker blue will look nicer.
One of those surfy beaded necklaces will look hot. Grow your hair long and spike it slightly.
Khaki long shorts will look very hot :p

Guys in their teens and early (very early) twenties with a medium body build look pretty good and polished in polo shirts (top buttons down) in neutral (cool beiges, whites and blacks) or funky colors (depends on your personal taste - just don't go for grandfatherly colors). Make sure that the fit is neither loose nor too tight, just a well-tailored, good-fitting cut. Or t-shirts with that kinda fit and color scheme -- too tight means you're gay, and too loose means you're ghetto.
Pants should be loose (though not hip-hop baggy), in neutral colors or whatever denim you like (deconstructed ones are all the rage right now and go best with your age). As far as your shoes are concerned, anything from retro sneakers to posh leather shoes goes with that outfit. Just make sure they are not too bulky.

almost anything but black. khaki(spelling i think) shorts look good, with polo shirts that are briht colors, also abercrombie and fitch or american eagle clothes look great too.!!! hope that helps, but remember to be youself. and try not to care what a lot of people think!

Black, navy blue or red t-shirts would be fine. Jeans all except black, gavardine(I hope spelling is right) white trousers are good. Pink t-shirts are fashionable now, you might try those.
