Recently, but more frequently internet explorer is crashing - the error is "unidentified". Anyone have any ideas about this?
I have spyware, virus and adware protection running.

Yeah send a error report cos by doing that you sometimes get a report back telling you what wrong and you're helping Microsoft develop better products, so next time Internet Explorer might crash less.
Do the usual, scan for viruses and update the computer.

This occurs occasionally with me primarily when I have goofed and failed to close one or two programs before trying to open another. Just click send report or not send if you know you goofed. A defect in the program accessed may also get this message.

The trouble is definitely with one or more add ons(plug ins) installed. To check out the add ons installed in the internet explorer open tools->manage add ons->enable or disable addons . If you know the add on you installed last(may be downloaded ) try disabling it.If u still have trouble try disabling them one by one.

just send the report to them it will help you in the long run some times as they can sometmes give you a link to a part on there site with a patch or something to fix the problem

It means nothing i get it the whole time just click on "don't send" by clicking on send you will send an email to Microsoft, it's not necessary! Trust me... (it doesn't mean you have a virus etc don't worry!)

try to reinstall the original windows (if u r not using) or if don't want to purchase original then reinstall from fresh CD.

if u r already using original then try to repair it.

if u have any windiws of xp then its a common thing happens ..and one more thing always scan ur pc thats all ...its common thing in xp ,,not to worry ya
