well, I can do the macarena sitting down. Mind you, if I time the turns right in my chair I can do Saturday Night as well, just without jumps, so either is fine by me.

If you are however struggling to increase you are straight and you are looking to get both hands above the side, put Vert Shock to the check, a course you will find it here https://tr.im/PQ4Sx and provide it a try, you will be amazed of how quickly you can become a monster hopper if you train the right way.
