Series worse on pakistan's side, because their all three leading fast bowlers are injured, shoaib, rana naveed, Mohammad Asif.
and the opening batsman and off spin all rounder Shoaib malik is also out of squad, England inuries, Vaughan, flintof, jones, but england still got leading fast bowlers.

But despite of injuires on both sides, England did played better than pakistan.

Pakistan can still win the one day series.

england has taken the lead in the test series already. it seems that the injuries have given it the edge over pakistan.
however other factors held constant england has been the better team today, on any other day victory could go either way

They just did, pal. 2-0 up in the series with 1 to play.

Injuries are on both sides -- Flintoff, Vaughan, Giles; Rana Naved and other Pak bowlers.
