If this is a Microsoft error report window it will say so; otherwise it may be spyware and you should download and install some scanners such as Spybot Search & Destroy or Superantispyware, both free
http://www.filehippo.com/download_spybot_search_destroy/
http://www.snapfiles.com/reviews/Super-Anti-Spyware/SuperAntiSpyware.html
If they are microsoft errors, you can disable error reporting.
Press the Windows Key (the one that looks like a flag) and Pause Break at the same time to bring up the System Properties box.
Click on the Advanced tab, then error reporting. Select the disable error reporting button, and uncheck the serious error notification box too. Press ok.
If these errors are occuring whilst you are opening explorer windows, explorer.exe is crashing and it can be difficult to determine the precise cause. Have you recently installed some new software? Sometimes new software adds an option to the right click menu and these can cause problems. Clean all your temporary and junk files too; use a free utility called CCleaner

I presume that because you said it says send an error report that this is a Microsoft error message. If you check next time and it is a Microsoft message then click on send. they will either send a message back of why its happening or they will tell you that its an unknown issue and it will go on the never ending bugs list. Hope this helps you and good luck :O)

i keep getting that since yahoo has decided to send me a notice that there's a new version of messenger. As soon as my comp goes on messenger comes up then i get a noise as if someone has sent me an instant message. It's alway's from yahoo and then it comes with this warning and Internet Explorer has to close. Click on the "send error report" then look at "details" and it'll tell you what's causing you the problem. Mine alway's say's Yahoo messenger. I hope you can understand all this. Good luck!

You should back up all your documents, favorites and settings to CD, DVD or another hard drive or you may loose them. This is actually true for anybody on any system but if your having problems and you haven't done it, do it now.
This is MIcrosofts Memory Diagnostic Tool http://oca.microsoft.com/en/windiag.asp, run it. I fit doesn't show memory errors,
Then reinstall your operating system and drivers, do a windows update and set a system restore point,
Then install your programs and set another system restore point.
Then restore your documents, favorites and settings... and set another system restore point (or even better, make a Whole system backup or clone your hard drive.)
Then you're insured against future problems.

Reinstall your software, if you can or get someone's help. If the popup says, you are reporting to microsoft, then reinstalling OS could help. If it is not a microsoft Popup, then it may be a spyware. Try to install antispyware program like, windows defender, ad-aware SE personal, and also see if your antivirus software is updated.
If it is happening when you are using internet, try to turn off popups in your browser.

The only I have to advise is that you reload your operating system and programs that should make it work, if not I recommend upgrading your computer making it faster because a lot of the times that happens because your computer can't run the program either you don't haveenough RAM , speed, or regular memory

Have you installed any new applications or device drivers recently?
If not, the next most likely cause is a memory fault; if you have more than one memory module try removing all but one at a time and see if the problem goes away.

Determine what program produced the error and avoid using it.
It's the only advise I can give you since I don't know what the error messages say.

what software are u using when this error message pops up?? More than likely that software is corrupted and you need to uninistall and reinstall it. Or your ram needs to be upgraded as it cannot handle the softwares you have in your PC.
