Generally no, they would much prefer to be working cases that are not Legal Aid supported as they have to wait ages to be paid, so I'd imagine rather than milk it, they'd look to get it done as quickly as possible...

Legal Reps are the scurge of society , they exploit every aspect of our "Systems" and most of them don,t give a bloody hoot about those they represent == just pay my bloody extorcient bill, and sod off although there are some very decent and caring ones who work very hard for the people they represent , often getting little or no thanks -- depends on the luck of the draw as to who you get.

I don't think so. If some do, it is at about the same ratio of the minorities of doctors, stockbrokers, journalists, teachers, and those who serve and represent others, in whatever field they may be in.

Don't think they can anymore,the systyem has tightened up considerably.
