depends where U r and and how U use the internet
tiscali, is the cheapest for unlimited broadband, 2 meg for £14.99, and they r bringing out an 8 meg one for £19.99.
if U look at aol on the ads iot says broadband from £14.99 per month, but that for a 1 meg one
there r lots of place U can use to compare broadband services tho, and check the availblity of them in Ur area

NTL are fine as long as you want a poor service and nice long waits to Indian call centre's. The way things are going at the moment more and more companies are offering free broadband IE orange, sky and talk talk with more on the way.
OK so you have to sign up to be a customer but if you already have sky then you get it free. If you are on orange you just need to have a tariff of £30 or more.

i would say ntl by far the best. You get some great deals as well as free speed upgrades access to loads of free things like free music phot printing and educational resources you also get a antivirus checker and soon to come a firewall/spam service all for free. as well as this there is a broadband medic which fixes many a problem on the internet saving you alot of expensive phone calls to tech support.

Although I dont know the best for value, whatever you do - DONT go with AOL. I've had nothing but problems with them. They were charging me for a service they couldnt provide. I spent far too much money sitting on hold phoning their foreign help line (Where they couldnt help) they ignored all my emails and letters. Not good.
I've managed to cancel the direct debit and now going with BT.

it's defiantly NTL broadband, I'm payin less then £15 a month and you get phone-line and T.V if you want. '''Defiantly the best value, give them a ring'''
