Case in High Court .case has been admitted . still first hearing not taken place. While taking maintenance , they had informed verbally that she will not appear in court .

have you gotten the final papers or have you filed the final decreee if your answer is no than you are not free to marry someone else.

As per Hindu law of marriage if your case has been admitted by the judge for divorce and if he give the date for the further procedure and the if the other person does not comes to court even after 3 hearing, then you are lawfully divorced.

What has your lawyer said? laws are different in every state, but you can usually get around them. If it is what you want then make it happen
