So many people asked this question at bookshops that somebody wrote the book after the advert had appeared. So I doubt if it's worth reading: people bought it as a joke.

There are a minimum of three diverse copyright dates (1991, 1993 and 1995) on Amazon, with a spread of costs. i imagine they are all indexed as hardbacks, and one become constrained. i become wondering this call become favourite. I promote books on line, yet do not seem to have this indexed. If I have it, that is buried immediately. My apologies.
