im 17 and i think i projected for my first time this morning but i could not leave the house and everything was dim. and i had a bad feeling
such a bad feeling that i had to return. and when i got up i heard my sister arguing with her alchoholic boyfriend. is it possible that i had a bad expirience because of my sister?

If you can not leave you are probably guided. It should not be a problem to go anywhere...maybe not safe or a good idea (as in 'real life') but not impossible.

It's possible!!! I know if I drink to much alcohol I have asstral projection !!! I have to get to the bathroom quick or I'll project in my pants !
I hate that !!! That's why I keep Immodium AD in the medicine cabinet. It will stop that asstral projetction with in two doses !
Even my worse case of asstral projection (in Mexico) The Immodium worked !!!

I dunno. It could be "sleep paralysis" or a variation of it. When it happens to me, I'm aware of everything, and sometimes my eyes are open, but am unable to move, etc. I've heard of varying degrees of this where people hallucinate, or are'nt aware of being asleep, but are dreaming, and incorporating outside stimuli into their dream.
