Why are there much more comments on Indian/Chinese blogs?

It's amazing when the only thing you understand is Comment:112 some even passed 300.
At first I thought it was because of both of them have huge populations,but the americans are still of the largest percentage of internet users.

More people, more comments. You DO know about the number of Chinese and Indians in the world right?
90% of America is still peanuts to the 20% Chinese.
