I don't think there's ANY Dry Cleaning shop on Orchard Road that does that.
You might want to try Laundry Lodge at Tel: 63392993. They're pretty decently priced. They have a shop over at Funan IT Mall and another one down at Marina Square.

Try "Dryel" the "Home Dry Clean Kit", made by Procter and Gamble at: http://www.dryel.com

The kit consists of several cleaning sheets & dryer safe plastic bags. You place (1) sheet into the bag containing one or more garments. The bag is then tumbled in a clothes dryer for about 10 minutes. The clothes should then be shaken, removed from the bag and hung up to prevent wrinkling.

Are you in Singapore? If you are, then you are a nut. Don't talk about dry cleaning. Nobody there will even iron your shirt for 2 dollars. Go wash and iron yourself.
