Austria and Czechoslovakia were first in 1938, however since both were "annexed" without a shot being fired I dont know if they should be considered having been "invaded". Poland was next in 1939....followed by France, Belgium, Holland, Denmark, Luxembourg and Norway in 1940. In 1941 it was Greece,Yugoslavia, Crete, Russia and Libya although in Libya the Italians were already there. In 1942 it was Egypt and Tunisia although Tunisia was just a battle ground. (they didnt stay long) and France again but this time it was "Vichy" France the part that was unoocupied the first time around. You may also consider England having been invaded in 1940. The Channel Islands which were part of England were occupied by the Germans from 1940-1944.

he invaded the countries that he knew could be easily invaded, which is why he first invaded Poland, which came to signify the start of WW2.
