I hav Airtel Prepaid Connection (India, Delhi). Everymonth I hav a problem in this. Everymonth some of amount cut from my balance i dont know why ? Neither i call anyone Nor i sent any sms then why my some of amount cut from my balance amount. Many times i called to customer care on 121 & 9810198101 but they dont do any needful they put us on hold and after long also dont give any satisfy answer. Plz anyone hav any Concerned Persons Emaild address then give to me. I want to do complaint about this matter to any senior person in Airtel. Or anyone give me phone no. of any senior person of airtel in delhi.

all mobile companies use a method to cut extra time and add extra messages to prepaid as well as post paid connections and this way get millions of rupees collected, write a complaint letter to TRAI, copy to consumer court , copy to the concerned customer complaints cell of the company.

I guess they have put u under some STD plans coz when i took my prepaid card even i was put under the STD plans & a monthly 25Rs was cut from my balance. If u wanna complaint the visit there Airtel shop the might solve ur problem.
