A good service at the hotel comprises of many factors. The first one of all the factors is the behavior of the staff at service. The guest should feel that he is being welcomed at the hotel, and is not being seen as a scapegoat.
Sometimes it happens that the customer feels that he is being robbed, such an attitude on the part of the hotel staff is unpardonable.
Good service includes a welcoming attitude, service without appearing too costly...and so on.

Customer service in hotel indusrtry is very important. The attitude of the receptionist is the first impression of the hotel tt all guest will have when they arrive. If the receptionist can provide a good impression I believe most guest will leave a good impression. The Chambermaids and the other staff must carry out the housekeeping in the shortest time and keep the room in a clean manner. Sometimes they can face very unreasonable guest but they still have to maintain a smiling face and not to argue with the guest. It is always a very tough task to do this type of job. So we must give them our due respect.

Customer service of the hotel is very important. Smiley and friendly face also part of the significant tool the hotel service must have. I've met a very bad customer service in a part of Malaysia's hotel. What i've met before, i blew it now. Five stars like 2-3 stars hotel customer service. haiz.
Cleanliness of the hotel mostly found in many hotel. So i don't care. The profit i think most of the hotels gain profits. So also don't care..

Very important. And you know what ?? The profit will come when your guest is happy and tells thier friends, and their friends, etc. Do not stray from good service.

Not imortant to me. All I want is clean hotel rooms and cheap prices.
