Of-course because maruthi car has four rolling wheels which reduces friction due to less contact with floor and wheel rotates if you are pulling it but a block was in contact with the floor completely so friction is more so you feel it heavier

Friction is of various types; static friction, sliding friction and rolling friction.
When a 600 kg object is pushed, only static friction is present, and when it starts to slide then sliding friction comes to play. Since the object does not roll, no rolling friction is there.
When breaks are applied and the car is pushed the wheels cannot roll and there we do have only sliding friction. And now it is the same as pushing the 600 kg object.
If we have not applied the breaks, then the friction on the wheels is rolling friction.
Rolling friction is different from sliding friction.
With out figures it is difficult to explain about rolling friction.
This web site provides much information about rolling friction.

Coz, Maruti cars were designed to be pushed. They stop all over the country side and the best treatment for Maruti cars would be to attach two bullocks in front and let them pull the Maruti piece of junk.
Lamboghini is the best.

Because car has been spported on four rolling wheels which reduces the friction and most of the weight of the car has been put on the wheels, wheras on a block there is a lot of friction encoured and the whole weight has been put on you.

because a block has a solid base causing friction and counter reaction from the block itself. a car with handbrakes on, can not budge even a small distance because it has an opposing force. unless a presence of opposite force is there, things, whatever they weigh, can be difficult to push or pull....

Wait till you study Newton's laws, Vectors, and Friction. Then everything will be perfectly clear.
