Between 60 and 80 in rest. This is a bit of a broad margin. Most people get a slower heart rate as they get older but some don't. Anything between 60 and 80 is normal.

Ideal heart rate there is not. That would depend on what you are doing.

depends on the lady's physical activity. Also check her heart rate early in the morning(as soon as she rises in the morning) for 3 days. It should be ok if it hovers around 60-70 ...anything more than that , its advisable to practise yoda or pranayam
