we get on well and have fun , we have a very healthy sex life and 2 wonderfull children , but the love is not there . should i do it while we are happy or wait for things to go to ****.

I think both of you love each other. I think you really love her maybe your just denying it.. Or your ego is just covering it. You said you're happy and having fun wiht her? So why don't you appreciate what you have? Talk to her how you feel.. be open to her.. Or should I say open your heart coz you might never know, when you've decided that you wana let her go and after sometime when she's not there anymore, you might regret it coz you really love her and just denying it when you were still with her and now that she's gone there's nothing else you can do.. So now, better appreciate her.

Maybe this is just a stage, a phase, a dry spot. If you ask longtime married people, many couples' marriages have periods like this. Ever hear of the seven year itch? I say you should hang in there, but don't just wait for things to get worse, try to work on making them better. It IS possible for people to rediscover and rekindle love, but it takes a little bit of work.

Why would you give up so easily?. Marriage takes work , try to do some of the things you did together before you had kids. Rekindle the love, its there your just not doing anything to maintain it. Try to remember the reason why you fell in love with her.

You are on the same boat as me. I also going thru this dark patch. But I think to myself, is there any future for me and the kids if I stay with her. After much considerations, my answer is to break up with my wife!
