I've tried over the counter sprays, soaking in tea, talc powders, foot scubs, changing shoes, it still soaks up my sock after a few hours. Please help!

Some people have this condition and it is hereditary..so, use cornstarch, for absorbency,...cotton socks,...loose fitting shoes to let foot breath....put the cornstarch with your talc powder if you want...it is really a hard one to control, me thinks...because you are on your feet walking, and it just gets wet like that..God Bless and Good luck

You have overactive sweat glands in your feet. There is a medication, that I think is over the counter. It is very effective in stopping the oversweating that can occur not only with people's feet, but their palms and underarms. The medication is "DrySol" . I have personally used it and it worked very well.

Put baby powder in your socks and wear light form fitting socks. Even if you have dress socks on, make sure they fit your foot well.
