You are very observant. Yes, America is the Fourth Reich, which is an upgraded version of the Third Reich, with the same major players involved. Hitler was just a front man to the men with the money who make great profits from war. The same men, or at least the same families are still in place today, pulling the strings of their puppet George Bush in just the same way that they pulled Hitler's strings.
There are so many similarities it is unbelievable. One of the most important similarities is that Hitler's Reichstag fire was used as a basis for the plans for 9/11, which was of course an inside job.
